Position Overview:
As an Events Management Executive, you will manage the full lifecycle of high-impact events, from concept through to execution. Reporting to the Events Director, you’ll work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver innovative and memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into unique event experiencesConceptualise event themes, designs, and marketing strategiesDevelop and manage detailed event budgetsSource, negotiate, and manage vendor relationshipsOversee event logistics including venue, catering, and technical setupRecruit, train, and manage an event teamMonitor event progress and implement solutions to potential challengesCapture feedback and analyse results to refine future eventsEssential Requirements:
Proven experience as an Events Management Executive or similar roleExtensive knowledge of the events industry, trends, and technologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCreative flair and innovative thinking for concept developmentStrong organisational and time management skillsProficiency with event management software and project management toolsPassion for delivering memorable client experiencesCompensation & Benefits:
