Graphic and Print Design Apprentice

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Designing digital materials for a wide array of uses
• Understanding the transition from digital design to print management
• Creation and preparation of print-ready files
• File management and version control
• Print production processes and management
• Digital marketing design and campaign creation
• Social media content creation
• Researching audiences, competitors, and trends
• Writing basic marketing copy
• Commercial understanding of digital marketing strategy
• Scheduling/publishing and managing
content online
• Reviewing content performance



Training:

Training will take place at the workplace address: 
OYO Business Units, Unit D
Fishers Grove
Fitzherbert Road
Farlington PO6 1RN.



Training Outcome:

Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a
permanent role within A3M Designs LTD, with progression
opportunities in graphic design, print production, and digital
marketing. You’ll build strong practical skills across the full production
process, with ongoing support and development as the company
continues to grow.



Employer Description:

A3M Designs Limited is a full-service large-format print and exhibition
provider, proudly serving clients for 40 years.
We produce everything from large-format boards, banners, and signs
to exhibition stands, visual marketing materials, and POS. With inhouse design, printing, and finishing at our base in Farlington near
Portsmouth, we provide a true end-to-end service.
We’re growing fast and are looking to expand our team with this new
apprenticeship role, offering hands-on experience across the
production process.



Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
