The ideal Production Manager, based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk will have;

A strong understanding of Continuous Improvement activities Lean / Six Sigma background Proven experience of developing, coaching and mentoring Team Leaders/Cell Coordinators to deliver products against plan within a lean manufacturing environment.
