This role is ideal for a mechanic or auto electrician who is ready to step away from the tools and into a technical, customer focused position. If you have spent years diagnosing faults, speaking to customers and explaining repairs, this role is a natural progression.
You will use your technical knowledge to help customers understand faults, choose the correct repair solution and keep vehicles on the road.
