Marketing Operations Apprentice - Newcastle
This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is keen to learn, get stuck in and grow with the business. You’ll work closely with the COO and the wider team to keep things running behind the scenes from admin and coordination to client communications and problem-solving.

What you’ll do:
Support day-to-day admin and operations across the business Manage the COO’s diary and appointments Coordinate schedules, meetings and projects so nothing slips through the net Prepare documents for client meetings and projects Support onboarding and offboarding of clients to ensure a smooth experience Help organise events Help keep systems, trackers & documents organised and up to date Spot problems early and flag them – or better yet, help solve them Support the team with ad-hoc tasks as needed (no two days are the same) Learn how a growing personal branding and publishing business operates from the inside outTraining:
The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship through Vocate Training, progressing to a Level 4 in AI.
You will be taught through:
4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
20% Off the Job Training
The course is a 12–18-month programme
Training Outcome:
A full-time position is expected following successful completion of the apprenticeship. The administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles.
