Employer Description:

Ready Set Ford.

The automotive industry is in the middle of a historic transformation, and we aren’t just along for the ride—we’re leading it. For 122 years, Ford has been defined by grit, optimism, and a mission to empower lives. Today, we’re doubling down on that legacy with Ready Set Ford™, a global movement designed to act as a catalyst for human potential.

As a Ford UK apprentice, you aren't just joining a workforce; you’re joining a brand that is re-energising itself for a new era. We’ve moved away from the "sameness" of the industry. Instead of just building cars that get people from A to B, we’re focusing on Capability and Passion. From iconic vehicles like the Transit and Raptor to our industry-leading Ford Pro software, we build tools that help people do more.

Our Culture: The Four Pillars
Everything we do is built on four fundamental promises:

Capability: Providing the tools and tech to be ready for anything. Passion: Embracing our motorsports heritage and products that people actually love to drive. Community: Showing up when it matters through initiatives like Ford Philanthropy and Ford Building Together. Trust: Operating with integrity as a family company

We believe people are more capable than they think—they just need a spark. A Ford apprenticeship is that spark. If you’re ready to bring your energy to a brand that values authenticity and innovation, your journey starts here.
