Location: Staffordshire, Cannock (role will likely go hybrid after training)
Working hours: 8.30am- 5.00 Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.30 am – 4.45pm
Salary: up to £27,000

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our clients Customer Services team.

It’s certainly not your average customer support position and you’ll be working in an environment where your French language and customer service skills will make a difference from day one.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers.

Using your outstanding communication, organisation and administration skills, you’ll build strong relationships with our franchisees both in France and internationally.
Answering queries, responding to technical questions, handling orders
Export paperwork to resolving complaints
Managing your own customer related projects
Support marketing department with social media


Previous customer service/admin background
Speak fluent French
Export/order processing, transportation experience
Strong admin skills
Minimum of 1 year in customer service
