The Role

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, personalised patient journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming and engaging patients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience Supporting frame styling and lens recommendations based on lifestyle, prescription, and personal taste Dispensing support, including measurements, adjustments, and aftercare Working closely with clinical and management colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Maintaining high standards across presentation, stock, and patient records

About You

This role would suit someone who:

Has experience working in an optical setting Is personable, attentive, and enjoys building rapport with patients Communicates confidently and professionally Is organised, reliable, and comfortable in a busy retail environment Takes pride in delivering a consistently high standard of care and service
