Valuation Associate

Valuation Associate – Mayfair, London – £55,000 - £65,000My client, a multi-disciplinary property consultancy are looking for a Valuation Associate to join the team in their Marylebone office.The ideal candidate will have their MRICS and be a registered Valuer, with previous experience valuing office, retail and industrial properties.Duties:

Inspecting and measuring properties
Report writing
Discussing and justifying values with clients
Valuing office, retail and industrial space
Reviewing and analysing financial statements to determine fair market value of assets
Calculating capital gains and losses, which involves estimating future income potential and risk exposure over time periods such as months or years
Calculating interest rates using various methods such as average rates, present values, and internal rates of return
Reviewing sales prices of similar properties to determine whether prices are reasonable

Skills and Experience required:

MRICS
Registered Valuer
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Competent with Microsoft Office
Proficient in use of Argus Enterprise
Knowledge of Excel and cash flows
Clean Driving License
