Site Operative

Tudor Employment Agency Ltd are currently recruiting for a Site Operative for our prestigious client based in Avonmouth (BS11).

✅ The specific duties include:

Operating forklifts safely and efficiently (Counterbalance FLT licence required)Completing pre‑operation safety checks and ensuring all certifications remain validReporting any equipment faults or safety concerns promptly to supervisorsMaintaining a clean and organised yard area, including daily inspectionsEnsuring storage areas comply with all health and safety regulationsDirecting and marshalling vehicle movements around the siteGuiding incoming and outgoing vehicles to appropriate areasEnsuring safe distances are maintained between vehicles and pedestriansAssisting site chemists with day‑to‑day operational tasksSupporting smooth site operations as part of a wider team

Rate of Pay: £14.00 per hour

Hours of Work: 7.30am – 4pm (40 hours per week, 30‑minute unpaid lunch break per day)

Contract End Date: 27/02/2026 (Long‑term sickness cover — potential for extension)

Candidates MUST hold an in-date accredited Counterbalance FLT license in order to be considered for this role.
