Children's Support Worker

I am recruiting for multiple Support Workers adept in supporting young people with learning disabilities who have experienced significant trauma. This is a residential service based in Chelmsford.

Successful applicants must drive.

About the Role:

You will provide support for young people with complex needs using a person-centred approach You will have passion encouraging growth and well-being Assist with personal care when required Rolling Rota: Week A – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday / Week B – Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday This will be either a day contract or a Waking Night contract Support attendance at school, appointments, and activities

About You:

Full UK driving licence is essential Previous experience young people who have challenging behaviours, and learning difficulties Enhanced Child and Adult DBS or willing to obtain one Calm and persistent personality

Temp-to-perm opportunity £13 PAYE for the first 12 weeks plus holiday pay Weekly pay £14.50 PAYE when permanent Training provided
