Sales Admin Apprentice
Key responsibilities include:
Accurate data entry and maintenance of customer and sales information within company systems Supporting the sales team with quotations, orders, and general administrative tasks Managing and maintaining digital and paper records in line with company procedures Handling incoming calls and emails, providing professional customer support and routing enquiries appropriately Assisting with administrative tasks linked to sales processes, service delivery, and customer accounts Attending client visits with sales colleagues when required, supporting relationship management and customer serviceTraining:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying
Training Outcome:
On successful completion, high-performing apprentices may have the opportunity to progress into a sales, account management, or customer support role There may also be opportunities to diversify into areas such as digital marketing or business development, with further progression available across the wider VIP Communications business
