Salary: to £22k + bonus
100% office-based role
Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8am-5pm, Fridays: 8am-4.10pm

It is growing fast and as such is looking for a talented French and Spanish speaker to work with clients and be the face of the business and first point of contact for clients.

There is full training provided.
The role: 1) provide sales administrative support 2) deal with inbound enquiries 3) retain & nurture customers 3) marketing
1)Sales admin support
Provide product advice
Create quotations and send out product samples
Take and process orders
Send out order acknowledgements
Liaise with logistics and the warehouse to arrange the dispatch of samples
Follow up quotations (some outbound calls) to check whether the customer needs more information
2) Deal with inbound enquiries
Take inbound calls and emails in French and Spanish
Manage complaints calmly with a focus on retaining the client and providing outstanding service
Investigating and solving customers’ problems
3) Retain and nurture
Follow-up product enquiries quickly
Get to know your clients and their business needs
Check that customer is happy with the product
Produce short written reports for customers where required
Support the marketing activity via blog
Translating mailer into French or Spanish
Native standard French
