Photocopying, scanning, filing
Monitoring the Major Projects inbox
Raising orders
Processing Invoices
Raising accounts
Booking meetings/organising refreshments
Taking minutes at meetings
Using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Supporting the wider PMO team with various tasks
Training Outcome:
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity of full-time employment upon completion of the advanced apprenticeship if available.
Employer Description:
The post will be part of the Service Support Team, within the Project Management Office, working alongside other colleagues, to provide a central resource, supporting the delivery of services & capital projects, within the Major Projects Department which includes Schools, Highways, City Centre Developments, Carbon Reduction projects etc.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, exact shifts to be confirmed.
