Location: Miami Beach, FL
Salary: $175,000 – $185,000 + 30% bonus

We are hiring for a luxury hotel in Miami and seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead a team of 20+ engineers. The ideal candidate has expertise in property maintenance and can oversee engineering operations for a high-end luxury property.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations across the property.Manage preventive maintenance programs and ensure all systems operate efficiently.Lead, mentor, and develop engineering staff to optimize performance.Develop and manage departmental budgets and capital improvement projects.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
