They are a leading supplier of Technical Authoring, Training, Data Intelligence and Integrated Logistics Support services to government and industry clients worldwide.
Primarily be working at the Stonehouse based office, with the option to work from home when training is not taking place, therefore a candidate living within commutable distance is preferable.
There will also be occasional visits to customer's sites.
The Roles and Requirements:
? Reconcile employee eTimesheets with People HR times on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy of the job costing system.
? Includes rectifying any timesheet related queries, saving incoming timesheets and making adjustments as requested.
? Raise purchase orders in line with company procedures and investigate when ordering products and services to ensure they obtain the best possible prices.
? Arrange any hotel, hire car arrangements as requested for personnel traveling on business.
? Close down any outstanding Purchase Orders on a timely basis.
? Reconcile purchase invoices to purchase orders, ensuring that any discrepancies are investigated and rectified and obtain authorisation for any changes prior to payment.
? Processing of Supplier Purchase Invoices.
Complete document register workflow up to and including assigning invoices for approval.
? Process employee expenses, reviewing for correct coding and VAT.
Process the expenses on the Company's Expense Management System.
? Ensure that computerised personnel records including missing taps, sickness and holiday are accurately maintained.
? Raise job numbers in the company job costing system in line with company procedures.
? Control the company stationery including re-ordering stock when required.
