Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship
Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting managers and senior staff with the day-to-day running of the nursery Supervising and supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing at all times Complying with health and safety policies and safeguarding procedures Liaising with and supporting parents and family members in a professional manner Assisting with domestic duties such as preparing snacks and meals and cleaning equipment Maintaining confidentiality at all times where appropriate Working effectively as part of a team and contributing to a positive working environment Attending occasional out-of-hours activities such as training sessions, staff meetings, parents’ evenings, and fundraising events Supporting day-to-day operations Working alongside experienced staff Participating in ongoing training and developmentTraining:
During your apprenticeship, you will:
Receive regular training and support from Excellence Solutions Limited Complete at least 20% off-the-job training Study the Early Years Educator Level 3 apprenticeship standard Gain hands-on experience in a real early years working environmentTraining Outcome:
Learners can use this qualification to go into various care roles You can progress onto the advanced apprenticeship and work your way up in the nursery going into team leading and management roles You could also use your experience to go into teaching, nursing, midwifery, play work and social work There are many directions you can go with your apprenticeship should you wish

Working Hours :
Full-time - 37.5 hours per week Working days: Monday to Friday (shifts to be confirmed, typically 8:00am - 5:00pm)
