Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship
Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting managers and senior staff in the day-to-day running of the nursery Supervising and supporting children’s learning, play, and development at all times Liaising with and supporting parents and family members Assisting with health and safety procedures and ensuring safeguarding standards are met Helping with domestic duties such as preparing snacks and meals and cleaning equipment Attending occasional out-of-hours activities including training sessions, staff meetings, parents’ evenings, and fundraising events Supporting day-to-day operations Working alongside experienced staff Participating in ongoing training and developmentTraining:
Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard is made up of the Diploma plus Functional Skills in maths and English and Paediatric First Aid certificate Training schedule has yet to be agreed Details will be made available at a later date
Training Outcome:
Learners can use this qualification to go into various care roles You can progress onto the advanced apprenticeship and work your way up in the nursery going into team leading and management roles You could also use your experience to go into teaching, nursing, midwifery, play work and social work There are many directions you can go with your apprenticeship should you wish

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, between 8.30am and 5.00pm.
