Customer Service Apprentice

Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders via telephone, email, and other communication channels to address enquiries in a timely and professional manner Take bookings, respond to customer queries, and escalate issues where necessary Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer information into internal systems Work collaboratively as part of the team to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively Support general administrative tasks as required, such as filing, data entry, and document handling Assist with other reasonable duties as needed to support the team and business operations

Training Outcome:
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience while working towards a Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship qualification

Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (30-minute unpaid break)
