Location: Hybrid (Manchester)
Salary: Up to £45,000 (experience dependent)
The Role:
We need someone who sits at the intersection of support, configuration and implementation. You'll be the frontline expert for customers using our healthcare workforce scheduling platform, working across urgent community response, discharge-to-assess and virtual ward services.
Half your time: classic first-line support — diagnosing issues, unblocking users, providing solutions.
The other half: configuration and analysis — setting up new services, adjusting workflows, and producing sharp bug reports for engineering.
You'll BeResponding to customer queries and troubleshooting across web and mobileConfiguring service-specific settings (roles, workflows, tasks, scheduling rules)Creating high-quality bug tickets with clear repro stepsUnderstanding how our platform fits into real NHS community workflowsWorking closely with Implementation and Engineering teamsContributing to UAT testing and product discussionsYou HaveExperience in application support or customer operationsStrong troubleshooting skills and technical aptitudeClear written communication (especially for bug reporting)Ability to understand clinical workflows (UCR, D2A, community care)Customer empathy combined with confident guidanceComfort with logs, error messages and testing across environmentsBonus PointsNHS or healthcare application experienceFamiliarity with clinical scheduling/rostering systemsExposure to agile teams and JIRAUnderstanding of mobile and web app workflowsReady to own customer success in a fast-scaling healthtech company?
