Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Apartment Servicing) - Victoria, London - Up to £50,000

I have a fantastic opportunities to work for a leading maintenance company in London, working On a High End residential building in Victoria behalf of a large property management company. You will carry out PPM's and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks within a portfolio of High End residential property.

My client is looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in High End Residential building services to work on a High profile Building in Victoria with over 170 Apartments, carrying out maintenance on Luxury High End Residential Apartments on FCU's, NVHR and underfloor heating.

Hours

Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 17:00pm

Apprentice TrainedElectrical or Mechanical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or EquivalentClient FacingHigh End Residential ExperienceCommercial Building Maintenance ExperienceAbility to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.Good Attitude and willingness to learnPackage
