CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based covering a commercial site in Liverpool Street, London  He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Hours of work
5 on 5 off Shift 19:00pm - 07:00am£25 per hour depending on experience Temp on going  Key duties & ResponsibilitiesPlanned and reactive maintenance HVAC Systems  Emergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Maintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motors Requirements
Mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2 Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesA proven track record in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilledGood communication skillsClient Facing
