Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware and software issues Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them in a timely manner Support the security and integrity of company data by ensuring processes and protocols are followed Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses Collaborate with various areas of the business to identify and implement new technologies that improve business operations
