Administration Apprentice
Initial key responsibilities include:
Checking IT goods-in, such as laptops and PCs Basic checks are completed on the goods-in before they are then passed on to be prepared for the production team Keeping track of all the invoices, particularly VAT invoices Chasing invoices and processing invoices correctly, with the possibility of learning and posting to XeroCarrying out PC based work on Amazon Seller Central and our own internal data systems
Possibility of becoming involved with adding products for sale to Amazon and ShopifyPersonal Specification:
Great time keeping and very reliable. Hardworking and keen to develop personally and professionally An interest and knowledge of IT would be advantageous Quick learner Fastidious and detail-oriented Ability to use common sense and be able to use initiative to solve problems/overcome obstacles Good IT skillsBasic computer knowledge, i.e. installing Windows and changing components like SSD/RAM, is advantageous.
Training:
Level 3 Business Administration Remote training delivery Onefile VLE
6 hours of dedicated training time every week
Training Outcome:
Possible full-time permanent position upon completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with a 1-hour lunch.
