Growth Marketing and Lifecycle Manager

The Opportunity
We have an exciting, newly created opportunity for a Growth Marketing and Life Cycle Manager to join this scale up organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will play a defining role in defining their SEO strategy, roadmap and be responsible for driving strategy activation via their owned channels.

This role will also be responsible for driving strong customer engagement through life cycle management via a targeted, multi-channel approach.
Key accountabilities

Driving customer acquisition via SEO as a key growth lever through company’s public owned channels.
Defining SEO strategy, roadmap and be responsible for driving strategy activation
Be SEO subject matter expert to internal stakeholders
Customer lifecycle engagement focusing on developing and executing personalisation messaging via a targeted multi-channel approach.
Delivery of ongoing customer profiling and segmentation analysis to inform and optimise the lifecycle marketing program
Execute end-to-end communication programs including journey design, deployment, asset build, test and ongoing management.
Increasing customer engagement and identify opportunities within the lifecycle communications journey to optimise future results.

To be successful in this role you will possess

5+ years relevant work experience
Excellent knowledge of SEO
Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience/Adobe Target, Google optimise.
Hands-on experience utilising industry leading tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google/Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, Screaming Frog
Good knowledge of digital specialties including SEM, CRO, CRM, email marketing and digital advertising
Exceptional stakeholder management skills
Be a self-starter and have a collaborative mindset
