Level 3 Nursery Apprenticeship

Engage in on-the-job training to develop practical skills in childcare, including child supervision, curriculum implementation, and behavior management Work collaboratively with experienced staff to understand and implement age-appropriate learning activities Assist in prioritising the safety, health, and overall well-being of the children in our care Foster positive relationships with children, creating a supportive and nurturing environment Contribute to the planning and execution of educational activities that align with the childcare curriculum Collaborate with lead educators to create a stimulating and enriching learning environment

Training:
Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Standard Paediatric First Aid Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths (if required) Training one day a week at our Colindale Centre (NW9)

Training Outcome:
The successful candidate can go onto further training, or into employment
