Apprentice Receptionist

Making appointment Dealing with patients this could be patients who have a query or wanting to order prescriptions, patients who would like to know how our service works or change an appointment Dealing with documents the documents usually come via the hospital- these are then scanned and put into patient records Participating in admin meetings

Training:

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2.

An apprenticeship includes regular remote training with Penshaw View. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying within the workplace.



Training Outcome:

Develop onto further apprenticeships such as the Business Admin L3 to support with job role.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday between 8am - 6.30pm
