 As the Receptionist / Administrator, you will receive:

Strong customer service skills and genuinely passionate about providing outstanding serviceStrong team player and willingness to helpGood verbal communication skills, understanding importance of listening to customer needsHigh levels of attention to detail in workStrong IT skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointStrong administration skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasksAmbitious with genuine drive to succeed in your role
As the Receptionist / Administrator, your responsibilities will include:Front of House / Reception
Providing a professional and friendly welcome on reception, offering one point of contact for your customers and ensuring their requests are dealt with effectively and professionallySigning in visitors and updating internal contacts Dealing with customer requests in a professional and timely mannerAnswering phones and taking detailed messagesEnsuring that the customer receives the best experience and service at all timesWorking closely with team members to provide service
Providing administration support to team membersAssisting with creating spreadsheets and collating required dataWorking with PowerPoint and assisting team with building and formatting presentations
