We are representing our customer Clue Computing, a A Series funded, fast growing SaaS organisation in helping them find a Head of Professional Services to lead a team of consultants and project managers to implement large-scale customer projects.
At Clue, they focus on taking their customers on a journey to modern, effective systems and processes for case management, intelligence, and investigations.

Clue is used by world leading organisations like Amazon, Metropolitan Police, NHS, Oxfam International, Home Office, the RFU (Rugby Football Union) and the International Cricket Council to investigate a range of threats including corruption, fraud, organised crime, child abuse, insider threats, cybercrime, financial crime and much more.
Job Purpose
As the Head of Professional Services, your focus will be to enhance and improve Clue’s project implementation experience for customers.

You will lead a small but expanding team to drive efficiency, project profitability and the customer experience.

You will be highly skilled in project management and taking ownership of any issues that may arise with a highly solution-based mindset.

Key responsibilities

Create and manage an implementation engine that delivers projects successfully.
Build a project tracking tool in Salesforce.
Utilise profitability and implement revenue enhancing processes.
Provide strong escalation management.
Evaluate onboarding activity to ensure high-level quality.
Improve the current implementation methodology.
Manage and resolve risks.
Mentor and manage consultants within the team.

Skills & Competencies

2 years’ experience in a leadership role with the responsibility of managing consultants or project managers.
8-10 years’ experience within a SaaS or technology environment.
Certified in a project management.
Excellent written communication skills.
Strong organisational and documentation skills.
Works well in a fast-changing environment.
Process orientated background and can showcase.
Able to demonstrate achieving high customer satisfaction and profitability.

If you are technically strong, with knowledge of SQL query writing, powershell scripting and deployment tools such as Octopus deploy and DevOps, this would be highly advantageous.
Other things to know:
Clue are a Bristol based company with an international customer base.

They can offer hybrid and flexible working arrangements but would like someone who is happy and able to attend and work from the office on occasions.
Salary and Benefits:

Circa £90,000-£100,000 basic salary.
