Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + Commission - OTE £50,000 - £65,000
The Sales Manager will manage and oversee the sales team's day to day activities, motivate them to hit and exceed company targets and develop marketing to generate more sales for our client a leading training provider.
Salary circa £30,000 - £45,000 + Commission & Benefits.
The Sales Manager will also be responsible for sales, account management and maintaining relationships with customers.
Sales Manager Duties:
? Manage the sales team, oversee the performance and set sales targets.
? Coach individual account managers one-on-one through phone work and prospecting help.

? Meet with account managers one-on-one weekly, to review performance, progress, and targets.
? Report on sales targets to the Managing Director.
? Ensure that the team use sales technologies, such as CRM, correctly.
? Plan and implement training programs.
Hold regular skills training sessions with internal or external sales trainers.
? Recruit, select, onboard, and train new sales account managers.
? Manage customer accounts and all customer enquiries.
? Write sales proposals.
? Attend client meetings.
? Marketing activities including Google adverts.
? Developing marketing strategies.
