What will you need?

Experience using Word/Excel

Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)

What will you be doing?

Booking in and out drawings for the production team.
Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital for
Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
Arranging post and deliveries
Typing up letters/reports
Updating computer records using a database
Printing and photocopying
Ordering office supplies
Maintaining office systems
Liaising with suppliers and contractors
Liaising with staff in other departments
