Sales Administrator Apprentice
General administrative work, including filing, printing, providing test certificates and maintaining the customer database and CRM system.
Answering sales calls, processing orders, enquiries and quotations, offering excellent customer service.
Purchasing and stock checking, including keeping stock records up to date.
Liaising with the warehouse and external sales team to ensure a smooth sales process from point of order to delivery.
Training:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the Apprenticeship. There will also be an end point assessment.
Training Outcome:
After the Apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go on to higher education.
