We are recruiting a Senior Housekeeper to join a prestigious luxury retirement community in London. Reporting to the management team, you will take a hands-on leadership role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across communal areas and residential apartments, while guiding and supporting the housekeeping team.

About the Role

Lead and support the housekeeping team to ensure consistent, luxury-standard results.Maintain and oversee cleanliness in all public and residential areas.Organise daily schedules, prioritising tasks and resident requests.Respond promptly to housekeeping issues, reporting maintenance or safety concerns.Coach and motivate team members, fostering a positive and professional culture.Oversee stock takes and manage stock levelsDeliver a 5-star service for the residents and visitors

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in a senior housekeeping role, ideally in luxury hotels, serviced apartments, members’ clubs, or senior living.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to organise and guide a team.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional resident experiences.Confident, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile.Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHHFluent skills in English.
