Production Shift Manager – Packaging

Location: Bradford
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts – 6:00am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pm

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Production Shift Manager to join our clients packaging operation. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe running of production during your assigned shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead production teams to meet daily output, quality, and efficiency targetsEnsure compliance with health & safety, quality, and company proceduresMonitor production performance and address issues promptly to minimise downtimeCoordinate labour, materials, and equipment to achieve production plansSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the siteCommunicate effectively with other shift managers, maintenance, and senior management

About You:

Proven experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory/management roleBackground in packaging or injection moulding is highly desirableStrong people-management and leadership skillsAble to work rotating shifts (6–2 / 2–10)Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused approachGood organisational and communication skills
