Business Administration Apprentice
Ensures proper flow of office procedures and supports the team by carrying out office duties
Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors and customers in person, online, and via telephone
Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
Looks after visitors
Answers phone calls and transfer them as necessary to the relevant personnel
Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
Using the Microsoft Office suite.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday inclusive and the usual daily shift is from 8.00am to 2:30pm. Extra hours may occasionally be requested, but this is usually with notice.
