L3 Horticulture Supervisor Apprentice - RHS Rosemoor

Please note we are offering the horticulture not the landscape option for the apprenticeship.

Carry out practical work, in all weathers and across the seasons Will work across all our garden teams. RHS Garden Rosemoor includes Estates, Edibles & Nursery, Decorative Ornamental and Woody Ornamental Learn how to use appropriate techniques, tools and machinery, to cultivate, establish and care for our plant collections all year round Work safely and garden sustainably Gain horticultural team leader supervisory skills Learn how to adapt to change and different environments, conditions and technologies

Training:

Horticulture or Landscaping Supervisor Level 3.

For this position you will attend Pershore College in Worcestershire on a residential basis which will involve travel and staying away from home.

The RHS will pay for your travel and accommodation whilst at college.

Training Outcome:
Further Horticulture Qualifications A full-time career in public or private gardens, parks or with garden maintenance  companies

Working Hours :
07.45 - 16.15 Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend working (time off in lieu)
