Support the supply of vehicle parts and accessories to trade customers Assist in identifying correct parts using electronic parts catalogues Help process trade orders via phone, email, and trade systems Prepare parts for collection and delivery to trade customers Assist with goods-in, checking deliveries, and storing stock correctly Support stock control activities, including stock checks and stock rotation Maintain accurate records for orders, returns, and credits Provide a professional and friendly service to trade customers

Training:

Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:

The programme typically lasts 12-14 months dependant on the career path chosen and you'll achieve a nationally recognised qualification Block training is complemented by a combination of regular coaching visits from one of our experienced coaches as well as Virtual Classroom sessions and E-Learning modules You will attend week-long block training at our state-of-the-art Porsche Training Centre in Slough Please ensure you have copies of your GCSE, Scottish National (if applicable), and Functional Skills certificates, as we may request to see them during the application process

They sell new and approved pre-owned Porsches, provide extensive aftersales, parts, and classic services, focusing heavily on employee development and customer experience.

Porsche Retail Group Trade Parts Department supports the whole of Porsche Retail Group. Our purpose built, dedicated Parts Department at Kew, (TW8 9QR), offers an excellent place to work with easy access from the M4, good public transport links (20 minute walk from Brentford Train Station), and on-site parking available. The area is a well-established trade and service location, providing the benefits of a London-based role without the congestion of the city centre, plus local shops and amenities close by.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 7.00am - 4.30pm or 7.30am - 5pm or 8am - 5.30pm. At least 20% of the working hours will be allocated to off-the-job training. (Under 18s will work an amended shift pattern and no more than 40 hrs per week, the salary will be paid pro-rata)
