Sale Administrator Apprenticeship
Key Responsibilities:
Inbox Order Management:
Manage the Sales Centre admin inbox, forwarding emails to relevant departments and depots Distribute email orders to Sales Executives and handle related queries Process and key sample requests for all three depotsPricing Account Administration:
Run and send pricing overrides, ensuring completion by daily deadlines Distribute details of newly opened accounts promptlyOrder Processing System Updates:
Clear suspended orders to enable end-of-day processing and timely order releaseCommunication Support:
Respond to incoming calls from internal and external departments, providing assistance where possibleDeadline Compliance Management:
Ensure all deadlines are met, including IDC submissions and sample claims Complete retro payments for Business Managers as required Maintain accurate paperwork in line with audit and compliance standardsTraining Outcome:
The successful completion of this apprenticeship could lead to a permanent position in our structure
