Revenues & Benefits Business Administration Apprentice

Authorising letters daily that are sent out for Benefits, Council Tax and Business Rates Contacting property developers and owners of new build properties for updates on building works for the purposes of Council Tax Providing administrative support to officers within the team dealing with Benefits along with Debt Recovery Assisting with the testing of new releases and day to day system issues Producing ad hoc reports for Benefits, making system updates and changes

Training:

While you are in the role you will be undertaking a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship course and study will be undertaken in the workplace.



Training Outcome:

On successful completion of this apprenticeship, you would have the skills that could help you progress into a permanent administrative support role.

Given that you will have gained experience within a Revenues & Benefits team, you could take up roles involving Council Tax or Benefits as well as other opportunities in a financial, systems setting and/or Higher Apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday (An average of 7.2 hours per day between the hours of 8.45am - 5pm) Flexible working available
