Day To Day Responsibilities:
Providing high-quality, person-centred care to adults in a residential care home setting Supporting residents with personal care needs, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility Assisting with meals and hydration while promoting independence and dignity Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting any changes to senior staff Following care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures at all times Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Building positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues Adhering to all care home policies, procedures, and health and safety standardsTraining:

This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study.
This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 12 month apprenticeship you will have gained; Adult Care Worker - Level 2 Apprenticeship.
Training Outcome:
Possibility of a full time role after the completion of the apprenticeship.
