Quality Inspector Apprentice

Effective use of a FARRO measuring arm Daily patrols of CNC machines to check WIP Daily patrols of welding stations to check WIP Checking/measuring parts from sub contractor suppliers Inspecting 1st off parts Producing PPAP Level 3 reports Liaising with customers when quality issues arise Processing customer returns and tracking/progress chasing reworks
