Telesales Executive – Apprenticeship Recruitment & Employer Engagement
Key Responsibilities
Outbound telesales to promote apprenticeship opportunities to potential learners and employers. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, warm follow-ups, and CRM outreach. Engage employers to understand their workforce needs and promote suitable apprenticeship solutions. Book appointments for the business development team and support learner onboarding. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM systems. Meet and exceed KPIs related to call volumes, lead generation, and conversions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth learner enrolment and employer onboarding.Training:

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. Hybrid (Office based in Essex with remote flexibility).
