About the Role 
A prestigious UK luxury restaurant group is seeking an accomplished Sales Director to join their commercial team. The successful candidate will oversee this very busy restaurant, with several moving parts which makes the role fun and forever changing, delivering volume and gross profit targets while contributing to the wider commercial strategy. Leading a team of four.

About the Candidate 
The ideal candidate will lead and manage a team of four sales professionals, supporting them to achieve both individual and team objectives. They will work closely with the General Manager to drive sustainable growth and ensure the highest standards of commercial performance. 

Key Skills & Experience 

Strong negotiation and influencing skills  A background is hospitality is essential for this role  Experience managing and tailoring sales agreements  Confident and polished presentation skills  Exceptional interpersonal skills for building and maintaining high-value relationships  Commercially driven with a strong sense of urgency and accountability  Positive, proactive “can-do” attitude
