Nursery Assistant Apprentice
Support children’s learning and development through play
Assist with daily care routines (mealtimes, hygiene, rest)
Help create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment
Work alongside experienced staff to deliver high-quality childcare
Gain practical skills while working towards a recognised qualification
Training:
Early Years Practitioner Level 2.
Training Outcome:
During Apprenticeship: Gain hands-on experience and work toward a Level 2/3 Childcare qualification After Apprenticeship: Work as a Nursery Assistant or Early Years Practitioner Next Steps: Progress to Room Leader/Key Worker Management Roles: Deputy Manager → Nursery Manager Specialist Paths: SEN Coordinator, Early Years Trainer, or child development roles

Working Hours :
2-3 days a week may work mornings (8am-1pm), afternoons (1pm-6pm) or full day (8-6pm), exact working days and hours TBC
