Carpentry Apprentice

Assist in measuring, cutting, and shaping timber for various projects. Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Prepare and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas. Support the assembly and installation of wooden structures, furniture, and fittings. Practice safe working methods and follow health and safety guidelines. Work alongside experienced carpenters to gain practical skills and knowledge. Gradually take on more complex tasks as skills develop.

Training:

1 day per week to take place at Northampton College.
