Setting up and maintaining computers, software, and networks.
Providing first-line support for technical issues.
Diagnosing and fixing hardware and software problems.
Understanding cybersecurity basics and data protection.
Recording and tracking IT support requests.
Training Outcome:
The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship.

We combine expert teaching and learning with real-world experience to equip our apprentices with the skills, knowledge, attitudes and behaviours for a successful career.
