ICT Apprentice

Provide first-line IT support to staff and customers. Assist with setting up hardware, software, and networks. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Maintain accurate records of IT issues and solutions. Learn best practices for cybersecurity and data protection. 

Training Outcome:

The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship.

We combine expert teaching and learning with real-world experience to equip our apprentices with the skills, knowledge, attitudes and behaviours for a successful career.
