HR Administrator

Job Description:

Our client, a financial services firm in Glasgow, is recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their team on an initial 6 months temporary basis.
Our client offer a hybrid home/office working pattern.

Skills/Experience:

Proven administrative experience
Ability to build relationships with managers at all levels
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively


Core Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating all administrative activities surrounding recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, people metrics and talent management
Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries
Maintain and update the central HR database, HR systems, and process tracking tools
Continuous process review and improvement
Participate in projects
