HRBP / Regional HR Manager – Hospitality industryEuropean lifestyle hospitality groupBackground: Hotel; HospitalityLocation: Frankfurt or Hamburg - GermanySalary – 50,000 to 55,000 plus benefits.Must have relevant and current experience of German regulations and employments lawsThis is an exceptional opportunity for an on-property / corporate or assistant director within the HR / People and Culture Division to join this European Hospitality group in their German Offices.We are looking for a talented, hands-on generalist Human Resources / HRBP professional.
You will lead a team across multiple countries and be a wizard of organization.Together, your mission will be to
ensure the smooth implementation of the Human Resources tools and strategies set by the company across the operationsupport the recruitment of top talents and ensure best practices (including Inductions, training & development Plans, succession planning),work with executive and operations to continually improve associates and work environment.work closely with the GMs to closely manage all actions regarding staffing (budgets, forecasts);be an all-rounder generalist HR support (including duties and function; employee relations & engagement; payroll control; holidays and sickness; etc)be a reference related to performance management, talent management & succession planningalways keep up to date on latest employments laws and regulations (country and sector specific)manage a team of 3 and work closely with Corporate in the development of a great HR strategy
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Human Resource degree and/or qualificationFluency in German and English is essential.Must have local knowledge including laws, regulations and compliance demandsMust have been a HR Manager / HRBP for multiple propertiesAn individual with significant HR experiencePrevious experience within a Hotel/Resort or Hospitality related industry is highly appreciatedPassionate and focused on delivering the highest quality service to internal and external customers.Must be hands-on with high level of energyProfessional skills to function effectively and independentlyStrong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.Good understanding of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel) and HR information systems
We are looking for a candidate that is passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in smaller structure and not afraid on taking on multiple hats once in a while and as needed within the division to support the continuous development of the group and the operations.
