Support Worker

Make a visible, positive difference to the lives of young people!A specialist learning provider is looking for a Support Worker to help autistic children and young people with learning disabilities build their own futures, through in-depth curriculums shaped by their own individual strengths, interests, and challenges.As a Support Worker, you will help learners to establish and develop positive relationships, improve their sensory and emotional well-being, and make their own choices, which are all part of the service’s inclusive and holistic approach to learning development.Experience is not required – simply the desire to empower and support others.A relevant NVQ Level 2 qualification is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided, and the seasoned development team will tailor coaching plans just for you, whichever direction you want to go, working towards a L3 NVQ in Health and Social Care.This is a full-time, ideally year-round Support Worker position, but full-time, term-time only roles are also available.Additional benefits:
